I had to get a new tire and wheel due to running over a pot hole. The shop had the tire but ordered the wheel through a third party vendor. What should have been a 2 hour fix turned into a 3 day ordeal due to the third party vendor being delayed on their delivery of the wheel to the shop. Once the wheel came in the fix was made and Fairfax Auto completed the fix in a few hours.One thing i think Fairfax Auto should do better is be a little more communicative. I had to call each day to find out the status of my car. It would have been nice to receive a call about the delay from the third party company and when the part was actually delivered rather than myself having to piece together the situation.Overall they do excellent work and I'll be back again. Otto and his team have great customer service, may just want to be a little more communication with status updates if possible.
