Always great. We made the mistake of going to VA Tire and Auto first. They were not very polite or willing to fully explain the issue. Fairfax auto repair provided a more accurate diagnostic and solution with way better customer service. I should know by now to just come here and avoid others.

As always, Fairfax Auto Repair delivered excellent service. A brake line failed and needed to be towed late in the afternoon. I immediately received a phone call when they received the vehicle and the estimate of repairs. My vehicle was ready the next morning. Fast, quality work, at a great price.

Fairfax Auto Repair has always done a great job for us. The are knowledgeable, honest and overall do excellent work. They provide advice on what actually "needs" to be done, not what they can do to make more money. They have always been courteous and professional, as well as, helpful. I highly recommend them.
