Very good service and response. Staff is personable, informative and listens to customer's needs and problems. Work is excellent and is equal to or exceeds dealership service work but at a more reasonable price. On-line reservation system is very handy and easy to use also.Keep up the good work!

I had scheduled an oil change and mentioned a mildew smell each morning. They diagnosed the problem and resolved it with a new cabin air filter and anti-bacterial spray. I have been coming to Fairfax Auto since they opened many years ago. OJ, the customer service rep, is superb as well as the mechanics.

We brought our cars (two Toyota Priuses) here after losing patience with the dealership. We couldn't trust the dealership any longer. Every time we took our perfectly-running cars there for routine maintenance, they'd recommend hundreds of dollars worth of unnecessary work (e.g., early break jobs and fluid flushes ... lots of fluid flushes). The final straw occurred when they recommended a bunch of work in addition to the oil and filter change yet missed the expired inspection sticker. The guys are Fairfax Auto seem to be interested in keeping us as customers by providing the necessary maintenance. Keep the cars running without soaking the owners. That they don't upsell is a welcome relief. So far so good. Glad we found them.
