The staff on the telephone and at the shop was very courteous. His name is OJ. He promptly responded to my questions and concerns and also followed up with an email. He explained all the procedures and services required. The price of changing the starter on 2006 Honda Civic was surprisingly high, but I trusted Fairfax Auto Repair and am very happy with the service.

I had not used Fairfax Auto Repair before, but it had excellent reviews that proved to be right. My Toyota Sienna developed a gusher of an oil leak and I had to have the car towed to a mechanic. I was uncertain where to send my car, but I wanted a repair shop that wouldn't take advantage of the fact that I couldn't easily take the car elsewhere if the they provided outrageous repair recommendations or estimates. Thankfully, the team at Fairfax Auto Repair was very honest. They quickly diagnosed the high pressure leak in my oil cooler line, provided a fair estimate, and returned the vehicle to me within 24 hours. I could not believe we had the car back the next day.
