While driving a stupidly ripped the lower part of my bumper off! I immediately drove to Fairfax Auto Repair hoping they could help me. They did so right away and I only had to wait a short time. They were very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them. Great service and people.

Fairfax Auto Repair provides friendly and knowledgeable service. I was very happy with my experience with them. During this visit they did a second opinion after my dealership repeatedly refused to diagnose engine rattling as anything other than normal wear and tear. They claimed to not even hear anything! It's easy to see why my car-enthusiast boyfriend always tells me to take my car there. I should have listened to him sooner!

Like so many others in these reviews, I found this shop online and decided to give them a try after seeing the overwhelming number of positive reviews. My daughter was home for a short break from college and had an ongoing issue with her steering column ignition switch in her '08 Ford Focus. I'm pretty handy with a lot of car repair issues, but this was something I wasn't comfortable trying to fix on my own. I've also been skeptical in the past at some repair shops with mechanics trying to fix or replace parts on my cars that were not necessary. My experience at Fairfax Auto was excellent. They fixed the ignition issue and noted some other legitimate concerns, which I decided to take care of on my own later. Peter and O.J. were courteous, professional and very friendly. I would not hesitate to return to their shop in future.

You guys wedged in TWO cars for work that day without an appointment. Also, checked your price for changing the alternator relative to the dealer doing the work and it was significantly cheaper.
