I have been taking my 2004 Jeep (w/100,000+ miles on it) for about three years now. This was the first good auto repair I have gone to based on Angies List/On-line reviews alone..,and I have been to a few...I am a women and I know a thing or two about cars/repairs...They passed my first "test" & subsequent "tests"...they take care of my car like their own and are good at prioritizing repairs needed and finding little things before they become big issues...Hope this helps fellow consumers

Although I live in Richmond now temporarily, I used Fairfax Auto Repair many times during my time in NoVa. Every aspect of their business is professional, from the waiting area, to the customer service, and finally the quality of work. I have zero complaints about the quality of work I had done here. Definitely a great shop.
