I had no appointment, no previous experience with the garage and no idea that good quality service was just down the street from my house. The front desk accepted my coupon and gave me an accurate estimate of how long the work was going to take. I was also promptly called when the service was finished to come pick up my vehicle. I will be returning in the future.

Nothing better than an honest repair Shop when its never fun having to take your car in for it being broken. But this place makes it painless! Rebecca has always taken great care of me and nothing has changed with the people she has put in place. Great company.

I visited Fairfax Auto Repair in the hopes that they could beat the quote for my old Mini Cooper S. Though they could beat it, the mechanic was very helpful with helping me decide whether it was a smart or necessary move for me, as it would likely have more issues later. I've since gotten a new car, and return there regularly for tune ups. I appreciate how welcoming and "female friendly" this shop is.
