Have been going to Fairfax Auto Repair for my 2004 Jeep for a few years now. They are great. Since my car has a lot of miles they always let me know what is starting to "wear" so as to no surprises in the future. They are always very honest about what needs to be fixed right away and what can wait.

Second visit there (40k factory service). Professional and courteous service just like the first time. Pete at the front desk explained to me the kind of transmission I had after a bit of confusion on my part (based on some misinfo from a new service rep at the dealership), which I really appreciated. Will be a regular customer in the future for sure, especially for each 10k maintenance service for my VW.
