This is a very trustworthy place to bring your car. Recently my Saab had a complex repair issue that included a lot of examination and the ordering of parts. Peter spelled out all the details completely and understandably and was careful to do the right thing to keep costs to a minimum. Communication was always excellent. Estimates were always right on the money. The problem was fixed per Peter's assessment and even in less time. I have had the car in for other routine items that they handle with great care and competence, and in moving the car back and forth between VA and CT, have also found that they never tried to repair something that wasn't needed. They are reliable, dependable, and trustworthy and I would highly recommend them them for their competence as well.

Have taken my Jeep to FairfaxAuto for a couple of years. They are great! Young, energetic and customer focused. They are honest about what repairs are needed immediately vs those that can wait. Prices are competitive. I love this place!

Used a coupon for two oil changes from Angie's list which made for a really good deal. Had an appointment and it was done in a reasonable amount of time. OJ was pleasant to deal with and they were quick to email an estimate on repairs needing to be done.

I went to Fairfax Auto partly in the recommendation from a friend and because I was in a tough spot with my car. Very helpful and quick. When a part broke on my car that HAD to be fixed in order for me to take my trip the next day, Sonia and the team pulled out all the stops to make sure I was ready for the road the next day! As a careful shopper I made phone calls to verify pricing and Fairfax Auto was better priced against others I had used. Great job and I will definitely be coming back!
