Your shop was able to decipher the emissions codes hindering my vehicle to pass MD state emissions test. Peter was very professional and courteous. I will be sending my SUV there again for repairs because Fairfax Auto Repair knows what they're doing. It's a 30 mile trip for me to get work done on my SUV but I figure if I want repairs completed correctly it's worth the trip. Thanks.

Exactly what I was looking for in a shop when I moved back to NoVa... Luis and Rebecca offered amazing, caring, honest and very rapid service. My SUV needed a lot of work after 100,000 miles and they did it, including outsourcing state safety inspection and emissions all in less than 5 hours for right around $800. I would have had to pay $1,400+ some other places and waited 2 days for my vehicle! Location is tucked away, but very convenient for working out of Einstein's Bagels or McDonald's while you wait.

Very thorough. Prices seemed every fair. Provide detailed information as well as explained things in layman's terms. Answered all questions and did not push for the repair. In fact, went out of their way to explain how long I could go without doing the repair. For example, they said I could have gone another 1,000 miles on my brakes without any negative consequences. We went back the following week for work on our other vehicle.

Could not be happier with the service here! They were so helpful on the phone, even talking me out of a repair I was convinced I needed, but did not. They called during the day to let me know what their diagnosis was, told me what needed to be done, I was able to let them not to complete certain things that I would complete myself. Will absolutely be back with my car.
