Friendly, professional, did not try to sell me more than what was needed. I went in expecting to pay $500 to have a noise diagnosed and fixed and ended up only paying around a hundred, so went ahead and asked for an oil change also. I'm new to the area so what a refreshing surprise to find this honest family business! They definitely earned my repeat business and will gladly refer others to them.

I just moved to Fairfax (literally, four days ago) and started hearing a scraping noise when I went to lay my foot on the break. I was recommended to check this place out by a friend who had mentioned they are reasonably priced and won't try to sell you more than you need. I spoke with Otto on the phone (who was extremely friendly) and told me they would be able to provide a complementary break check to determine what is causing the problem. This team was amazing and not only were they able to get me in on the same day but also replaced my rear breaks (same day), let me know how much longer I have with my current front breaks and did not try and sell me something that I didn't need! In addition, I was given two coupons (one for myself and one for a friend referral) for $30 off my next visit! I will absolutely be returning for my oil change and anything else I may need in the future! Thank you so much!

Best experience I've had as a single female trying to find a place to fix my car where they will be honest and thorough without treating me like an idiot.. I know I have high standards 😉 I had a dealership quote me $1000 to fix my brakes, i went to Fairfax auto repair for a second opinion. They checked out my car and told me my brakes were fine and didn't need to be changed. Awesome! Saved me a lot of money and hassle. You should definitely check them out. Good service, courteous staff, honest (which I think is the most important).

Found a nail in one of my tires and let me know they couldn't patch it up in good conscience. Didn't charge me anything for it either. 4th time at Fairfax Auto, they've done right by me every time.
