I had to get a new tire and wheel due to running over a pot hole. The shop had the tire but ordered the wheel through a third party vendor. What should have been a 2 hour fix turned into a 3 day ordeal due to the third party vendor being delayed on their delivery of the wheel to the shop. Once the wheel came in the fix was made and Fairfax Auto completed the fix in a few hours.One thing i think Fairfax Auto should do better is be a little more communicative. I had to call each day to find out the status of my car. It would have been nice to receive a call about the delay from the third party company and when the part was actually delivered rather than myself having to piece together the situation.Overall they do excellent work and I'll be back again. Otto and his team have great customer service, may just want to be a little more communication with status updates if possible.

Outstanding! They realized that the work I had brought my car in for was covered by warranty and told me so. The charge was ZERO! Completely honest - I am a newly sold customer. Will take any future car problems to them and no where else!

Very easy company to work with from the initial scheduling of an appointment through to picking my car up after being worked on. Everyone was pleasant, courteous, and professional. The work was done right on time and at a fair price. Can't ask for better than that !

Great, though I wish you were open weekends, as it was hard to take time off from work to be there.

Great service, as always. Was out of town for 3 days and left care for major servicing. As agreed, they did work, kepot me informed and left car out late at night so i could pick up.
