Brought our Honda van in due to a balky transmission. They could have easily made the case for a new transmission, but after their diagnostic, recommended I wait until the problem became significant enough to trip a fault code. I am very grateful to have found an honest and knowledgeable repair facility. MUCH better than the dealer, who likely would have wanted to replace the transmission. 5 stars!!!

The staff at Fairfax Auto is second to none. I'm currently having jeep modifications on my 2016 JK and Fairfax Auto has been able to work through every possible scenario. I have to go back as the vendor where I purchased my items did not include all parts required to finish the job but I have the utmost confidence in the work performed at Fairfax Auto. The attention to detail, customer service, and patience is top notch and I couldn't imagine taking my jeep anywhere else.

The crew here are some of the best I have ever come to. Otto is kind and professional, willing to explain all procedures and their costs, while also being personable and approachable. I brought my car in for a string of issues and each one was addressed with confidence. I left knowing I took my vehicle to the right place. I will continue to do so. I would recommend Fairfax Auto Repair to anyone living in the area. Although I wished they had weekend hours, I can hardly fault them for setting the schedules for their staff.

Took the old suburban in for an airbag light. As usual Fairfax Auto repair knew what it was right away worked around my time schedule got me all fixed up. By far Fairfax Auto repair is the best auto repair facility around. I live in Haymarket Virginia and I drive to Fairfax Auto repair to have them take care of my vehicles. They don't ever try to sell me something I don't need

Our old dealer were unable to fix our Toyota Corolla. It had some issue with stalling and after two weeks they switched out the computer and convinced us that it could not be fixed. We thought we could sell it for parts but the dealer offered us too little in comparison to what we paid. So we took it to Fairfax Auto Repair. They figured out and fixed the problem within 24 hours.
