Quick and polite. Free Wifi in the waiting area. Technician hours per job are billed according to a maintenance guide. My job finished sooner than the 1.5 hours stated in their guide, after asking, they were kind enough to adjust bill rate. I appreciated that customer service.

they diagnosed my check engine light and told me 2 fuel sensors were bad. they told me it might affect my fuel mileage but it was ok to drive on a trip I was taking. I appreciated the the honesty and had no problems as a result.

I had an issue with a broken strut on a Thursday evening. I spoke with Dulce who got me an appointment the following morning, and the truck was ready by 5. Great customer service and reasonable cost to fix vehicle.

Very courteous and professional. Had been told I needed $1500 worth of work; their analysis showed the car only needed $300 of work. And you can't beat their partnership with Enterprise; makes the entire process fast and hasslefree.

Overall it was a good experience. Staff were able to speak to me at an appropriate level and performed all repairs correctly and in a timely manner. Explanations were also very thorough. I think the parts cost was high, but that would be my only complaint. Would definitely return.
