What more could you want? When I arrived after closing time to drop off my 2004 Subaru Outback, the manager (Gabe) was locking up, but stopped t chat. He remembered exactly why I was bringing it in for service, including the fact that my college student was taking a long road trip into Mexico. I was concerned about an irregular engine noise and Gabe had me pop the hood immediately to check things with me so that he could understand what to explain to the service technician in the morning. The Fairfax Auto Repair team had the vehicle ready on time the next day, giving me peace of mind for a four-week adventure through Mexico and on to Colorado.
