I brought in an old Grand Caravan which had some emergency brake problems. It took several attempts to work through the many problems. But, they backed up their work and fixed all the problems to keep the vehicle on the road and pass inspections. Few repair shops are that diligent.

I have a ten year oldCadillac as myback up car. I love this car. After numerous trips to Lindsey Cadillac they couldn't find the problem. They told me not to come back. Gave and his team found the problem and fixed it. It wasn't cheap, but they did something the dealership couldn't do. Thanks gents!

Fairfax Auto Repair was friendly, honest, reasonable and kept me abreast of the situation with my repairs throughout the day. Gabe was very personable and Shawn diagnosed the issue and responded with a quick estimate. Called several other repair shops that quoted prices that were much higher and one that wanted to keep the car for two days to just diagnose. Will use them in the future and strongly recommend to others.

Awesome response got me back on the road immediately! My vehicle overheated about half a mile from Fairfax Auto Repair. I parked the car and walked back to F.A.R. to seek assistance. A technician grabbed a jug of coolant and drove me back to my vehicle. After a quick inspection, he determined it was safe (cool enough) to open the radiator and add coolant. I then drove the vehicle to F.A.R. where they were ready to pressure test coolant system right away to confirm from where the fluid was leaking. I really appreciated the IMMEDIATE assistance so that I could be back on the road in minimal time. I've used F.A.R. for three different vehicles over three years now and continue to believe that they offer great service at a fair price.
