I was very impressed by their honesty and professionalism. I was told by toyota dealer that my pryus needs break replacement asap. When I brought car to Fairfax Auto Repair for the job since they offered better quote, they told me that it doesn't need to be done yet. It can run 6-12 months longer. Their service at front was very professional, prompt, efficent, pleasant, and honest.I certainly know where I can bring my car.

Rebecca was quite knowledgeable in understanding my vehicle's needs when I arrived. And, in relating it to the proposal that Fairfax Auto Repair had initially provided.OJ was exceptional in explaining an oil leak that technicians had discovered, and pointed me to how to obtain repairs for this under my VW warranty.They charged me what they had quoted me, and answered all my questions.They were more friendly than other repair places I have been to, and I would highly recommend them.

As always, great, courteous service from the crew. I take my VW there every 10k miles for the mgfr's recommended maintenance check and have always been a satisfied customer. Also it's a fraction of the price the dealer would charge, but same if not better quality and service.
