Very thorough and told me what issues needed to be fixed immediately and what issues were not as time sensitive. Provided me with estimate in less than 2 hours. Extremely friendly, professional and efficient. It felt like a brand new car when I drove out of the lot!

I have been taking my cars to Fairfax Auto Repair for years. Always honest, and provide better service and explanation than the dealer. I will continue to use for them for all my maintenance and repair needs.

My car starting acting up the day before my husband deployed. Fairfax Auto Repair diagnosed the problems quickly, and had it repaired quickly even with the snow! We like that we can drop off vehicles after hours utilizing the key drop off and forms provided in bin. I also greatly appreciate the professionalism of the staff and that they do not talk to women like we are complete idiots as some of us are mechanically inclined and familiar with parts and issues with our vehicles.

These guys do a terrific job as always. My schedule is insane, and they find a way to accommodate. They make sure they let me know what needs to be done to keep the car in great shape, but don't oversell repairs that aren't necessary. Keep up the great job, not easy to find people you can trust in this field...but these you can!
