the team af FFX Auto Repair is focused on the customer being fully informed of the diagnostics, options available to remedy and whether the customer is satisfied afterward. i enjoy dealing with them and feel i'm getting great value.

Great customer service, thorough maintenance, and at a cost less than a dealership. When my vehicle had cooling system issue, I visited a local dealership to talk to someone who would help me diagnose the problem. I left feeling like the dealership expected my business, instead of their needing to win my business. I went with Fairfax Auto Repair and was (for the fourth time) thoroughly impressed with their customer service. Additionally, instead of just making the repair and wishing me luck, the F.A.R. staff kept my vehicle overnight in order to conduct a thorough coolant system check-out the following morning, which required running the vehicle at idle for an hour or more. The result? My vehicle is free of overheating symptoms and the work was at a cost that was AT LEAST 20% less than the dealership quote.

I brought my car to Fairfax Auto Repair for an oil change and brake maintenance on a snowy day. When the parts delivery service shut down due to the snow, Fairfax Auto Repair went and picked up the part themselves so that my car would be ready the same day. Now that's service!
