Found them through Google search for certified reliable Honda service in Fairfax. Scheduled my appointment with David for a pre-purchase inspection of a Honda Accord. Very courteous and professional. Told me the cost of the inspection beforehand. The inspection itself took less than an hour. They did a full circle including engine codes. The report came out clean. They made a few recommendations, nothing over the top. I could tell they're honest and not trying to sell me something I don't need. Would go again for Honda service.

Have only been going to these guys for 1 1/2 yrs but feel very fortunate to have found what I believe to be a very fair and upfront company. They don't try to sell you services or products you don't need and even when they could. I'm convinced of that. They've been timely on my four visits not taking on more than they can handle. They deserve an excellent review especially in a business where it's not hard to take advantage of their customers!

My Toyota Highlander was leaking coolant fluid. Fairfax Auto identified the leak quickly and squeezed in the repair (new radiator and hoses) the next day, great job. People were friendly and knowledgeable. Only 4 stars because the repair was not cheap.

My overall impression is that while they are not inexpensive, they are honest, thorough and very competent. Taking a car in for repair is stressful. Even if you know a fair amount about cars, you are still at the mercy of the shop. Fairfax inspired my confidence, which I have found to be rare in auto shops. I feel Fairfax recommended and clearly explained what needed to be done and what was optional. Then they did exactly what I asked them to do for less than they estimated and had it done earlier than estimated. I will be a return customer.
