I had a sensor issue that was causing the engine to shut down. Instead of concocting a more expensive solution. They charged me for just the diagnostic. Timely as well, less than a day to fix.

Overall I have always had a good experience with Fairfax Auto. They are very thorough and are upfront and honest about what repairs you have to complete right away vs. those that can wait. Only complaint I have ever had is the "Supply Charge". I understand that the State of VA charges repair shops to dispose of hazardous materials and have seen these charges at other auto repair shops. Sometimes the amounts charged are highter than any I have seen at other shops.

Sonia was very helpful and worked with me in getting my car repaired. Everything was well organized, and explained priority wise allowing me to take a decision as to what needed to be attended to immmediately. There was a mistake in the final bill but this was readily corrected without any discussion. Great job. Thanks.
