So far so good. No major repairs yet, but of what they've done so far - I'm quite happy. They took the time to answer all of my questions and explain things to me. The cost is comparable to the dealership, but I don't feel like they're trying to rip me off. I would definitely tell people to give them a try.

The desk and technicians are professional and courteous. The pricing is competitive. My two cars have 15 years plus and this shop has done great work for significant repairs. I recommend d this shop.

Decided to try instead of going back to the dealership for service. Fed up with poor customer service. Fairfax auto repair was a very nice change. Customer service was the best and Quality of work was very good . I will be bringing our other 4 cars here for service.. Done with dealers.

First time customer. Stopping in late afternoon to ask for an evaluation of a drivetrain noise. Within a few minutes, one of techs did a test drive and pulled my vehicle into the shop to investigate. He Identified the problem and I received an estimate for repair; all in less than 45 min. Actual repair occurred 2 days later at a reasonable cost. Couldn't be more pleased with Fairfax Auto Repair.
