Good experience in getting an oil change while I waited. Job was completed in 40 minutes. Waiting area is small -- only two chairs. Magazine selection was fair but not too out of date. Pete, the service manager, is very friendly and helpful. Area around repair facility is crowded, and there is no sign on Mathy Drive that I could see identifying location of repair facility. Recommend better signage for customers as to where to leave one's vehicle.

As usual, Fairfax Auto did a great job with my car. They are honest and trustworthy and never try to convince me to get more done to my car than what is actually needed. They told me what needed to be done, they stuck to the price and didn't find any "surprises" requiring additional work and more money. I have been going to them for some time now and I have never experienced any of that with them.

My fourth synthetic oil change here (thanks to Groupon for the introduction). The staff is always great, the appointment-making process is quick and easy, and I'm always happy with how quickly the job gets done while I wait. Satisfied customer - and I always tell friends where I get my oil changes!
