Overall I have always had a good experience with Fairfax Auto. They are very thorough and are upfront and honest about what repairs you have to complete right away vs. those that can wait. Only complaint I have ever had is the “Supply Charge”. I understand that the State of VA charges repair shops to dispose of hazardous materials and have seen these charges at other auto repair shops. Sometimes the amounts charged are highter than any I have seen at other shops.
