Very thorough. Prices seemed every fair. Provide detailed information as well as explained things in layman’s terms. Answered all questions and did not push for the repair. In fact, went out of their way to explain how long I could go without doing the repair. For example, they said I could have gone another 1,000 miles on my brakes without any negative consequences. We went back the following week for work on our other vehicle.
