Decent service. I used a groupon and they stuck hard to the terms and conditions (I.e., I bought two synthetic oil changes, both must be used on the same car, bummer since I have two vehicles that both require synthetic and need to be changed. Includes a paper filter, what car uses a paper filter? Just small stuff like that. I understand sticking to the terms, but you would think if they were trying to win business with this groupon and keep customers from going elsewhere, they would bend some rules so their customer service would stand out. The manager sat in his office the whole time, never came out to talk to anyone. They could use a little more personalized customer service, especially with their terrible location. The lady at the front desk was nice, her second day on the job. The manager could use some work with his customer service. Why would I want to come back? Decent service overall. They did a good job, kept the car clean, changed the oil, rotated the tires. No reason to bash them, but also no reason to feel like they deserve repeat business. Just my two cents.
