Today was my first visit – bought the oil change deal on Groupon. I came in simply to get an oil change and they got it done in less than one hour. Not only was the oil change done quickly, they gave me a complete report of things they noticed needed to be corrected and even instruction on how I might fix the minor things myself. Having bought the oil change on Groupon, a deal site, I was expecting to be upsold but I received ZERO pressure to commit to other additional cost services like you see at places like Jiffy Lube that charge you and arm and a leg for a convenient oil change and then nag you to let them do additonal services that you “need”.
