Before going to Rebecca and Luis at Fairfax Auto, others were giving me the worse news about my ten year old Ford Focus. Both Rebecca and then Luis talked me through everything, and took the time to make me feel comfortable and safe in their hands. They showed unflinching patience as I threw every question in the book at them, and then some. They were right beside me all the way hoping for the best news, and when it turned out to be a head gasket, they were honest and to the point. They became my car’s advocate and I’ve learned a great deal about car maintenance in the process. That, and the final bill was far less than I expected! Read as many reviews as you need, but know that Fairfax Auto Repair will be the best thing you did for your car.
