We brought our cars (two Toyota Priuses) here after losing patience with the dealership. We couldn’t trust the dealership any longer. Every time we took our perfectly-running cars there for routine maintenance, they’d recommend hundreds of dollars worth of unnecessary work (e.g., early break jobs and fluid flushes … lots of fluid flushes). The final straw occurred when they recommended a bunch of work in addition to the oil and filter change yet missed the expired inspection sticker. The guys are Fairfax Auto seem to be interested in keeping us as customers by providing the necessary maintenance. Keep the cars running without soaking the owners. That they don’t upsell is a welcome relief. So far so good. Glad we found them.
