Fairfax Auto Repair made me a happy, satisfied customer because of their great customer service and willingness to explain complicated car repairs to a non-automotive specialist I’m a graduate student, and so I have to budget for when and how much my very little money goes. I went to Fairfax Auto Repair to have them review my car and let me know what’s broken or wearing down, and whether it was a safety issue (does the tire have sidewall damage?) or a car functionality issue (e.g. does the Serpentine belt appear old and worn?). I paid them to review my car and came back in the estimated time they told me. They went item by item in terms of repairs and explained its implications for my car’s safety and functionality. With this knowledge in hand, I’m going back to them in a week or so to have some of these repairs made now, and will have other repairs made later. So, I’m having huge peace in mind because they were able to explain clearly and without a ‘hard sell’ approach. I had read the great reviews on Angie’s list and was not disappointed. They are now my choice auto mechanic, and I’d recommend them in a heartbeat.
