I needed to have engine mounts replaced, after buying a used vehicle and having it inspected by a mechanic prior to purchase. I called around for estimates, and Fairfax Auto offered me the best quote. The quote was provided quickly and the staff was friendly that set up my appointment. Checking in for service was easy and I observed another customer (who appeared to be a regular client ) chatting with the staff and service advisor as if he knew them well and had his vehicle serviced there numerous times, which put my mind at ease.The best part of the whole process was receiving a call about 3 hours later. Gabe explained to me that they checked out the mounts in multiple scenarios and that they were perfectly fine. Now, another shop could have easily replaced the mounts and I would not have questioned it all. Thanks to their honesty and expertise, I was able to save a lot of money. I plan on returning there for any future needed service. As a side note, they are listed as a trusted mechanic thru USAA!Bryon C. Springfield,VA
