Good experience, start to finish. Easily made appointment on line. The shop confirmed via email and answered our question about shuttle service—they do not have a shuttle. I then replied and asked if I could drop off our vehicle the night prior. Unfortunately, I did not receive an email answer back—I’m not sure why. I called and asked the same question; they have an after hours key box to drop off your vehicle. They opened promptly at 8 a.m. Took my information. Sent me an email and left a voice mail with the recommended work. Completed the work the same day and called when completed. We paid over the phone and were able to pick the vehicle up after the shop had closed. No more clunking.
