After many years of taking my SUV for service at the dealership and becoming very dis-satisfied with their service approach, I decided to give Fairfax Auto Repair a try. Yesterday was my second visit, more like a follow-up for recommendations they made from my first visit late last year.Based on the previous recommendations I discussed with the sales rep ‘David’ my concerns and wanted to make certain I was making the best decision financially with my limited budget. David made me feel at ease in describing the process and what can be expected. After doing a 27point performance check he gave me a new estimate, I then decided to go ahead and authorize the repair work, he gave me an estimated time in which the work was expected to be completed. Later in the afternoon I received a call from Dave informing me the work was completed, this was thirty minutes less than the estimated time I expected. I arrived to pick up my truck and was surprised again to find out my bill was $150 dollars less than I expected. I am very thankful to service reps at Fairfax Auto Repair; they have redefined the meaning of what quality of service is all about.
