I called Fairfax Auto Repair on a Wednesday evening & was able to get an appointment first thing on Thursday. My car had been neglected maintenance wise when I was out of town, so I knew there was work that needed to be done. Dan & his staff were so friendly & considerate of my situation. Once a diagnostic had been done, Dan called to let me know what was what & took the time to explain to me exactly what needed to be done on the car. All in all, I had my car back to me within 24 hours, & now it runs perfectly. I feel like I’m driving a new car. 🙂 Extremely happy with how everything turned out. I was also pleasantly surprised to receive a text from the owners a couple of days later, who wanted to make sure the work on my car went well & I was happy. That really impressed me. I can’t thank them enough, not only for the work that was done on my car, but also their customer service. Thank you again, Dan, & to everyone who worked on my car.
