It has been a long time since I have truly trusted an auto repair shop like I do Fairfax Auto Repair. I have a Lexus LS430 that had issues with suspension/shocks. Two different Lexus dealers diagnosed that all 4 shocks needed to be replaced for a cost of approximately $9000. I took my car to Fairfax Auto Repair to see what they would quote me. The quoted service price was much much lower (e.g., approx. 6000) and so I scheduled a service appointment. However, once they started work, they took the time to really look at what was causing the issue and it turned out to be a component/part for about 1/3 of the cost…no shocks needed. That kind of honesty could not be found at a dealership. I am extremely grateful. Honesty is good for business and I will be giving them all my business from this point forward.
