I had a Groupon good for two oil changes. I scheduled the first one and dropped my car off in the morning. A tech called me in the afternoon to let me know my service was finished. He also pointed out some issue with my car and sent a detailed report stating which items were more critical than others. My husband does most of the maintenance on my car, and he was appreciative of the detailed quote. If any of the issues are things that my husband cannot tackle, I will not hesitate to bring my car back to Fairfax Auto Repair to do the repairs. They were not pushy like many other service departments I have experienced which is GREATLY appreciated and will result in recommendations! I’m actually looking forward to bringing my car back for the second oil change knowing that the process will be easy.
