My overall impression is that while they are not inexpensive, they are honest, thorough and very competent. Taking a car in for repair is stressful. Even if you know a fair amount about cars, you are still at the mercy of the shop. Fairfax inspired my confidence, which I have found to be rare in auto shops. I feel Fairfax recommended and clearly explained what needed to be done and what was optional. Then they did exactly what I asked them to do for less than they estimated and had it done earlier than estimated. I will be a return customer.
