Outstanding customer service and even better auto service. I hate taking my car to the mechanic, mainly because I think they are all out to rip you off… Not this place. Probably the most honest auto shop around. Rebecca was great, doesn’t try to sell you on stuff you don’t need, cuts right to the chase and is very honest. She could’ve taken me for hundreds, maybe thousands more than what they charged me. They serviced my A/C and fixed everything up for $500 less than what the dealership quoted me. I’ll be taking both of our cars to Fairfax Auto Repair from here on out, for everything. This place is awesome.Agree with the other reviews. They are not always the fastest, but hey sure are worth the wait.
