I went to Fairfax Auto Repair for the first time and I would say it was a pleasant experience. The person who greeted me was very helpful and explained things in a way that I could understand. I felt they were being honest about the issue and didn’t try to automatically charge me through the nose for things that may not even be the issue. I was provided a quote in the event that I did need the work. Honesty is very important, especially when you aren’t a subject matter expert and can’t tell the difference between the truth and a lie. The quote was a plus and helpful in the event I would need to budget such repairs.
