Best place to service your car in Northern VA- friendly staff with great customer service and follow-through. Note to anyone out there with a third party insurance provider- USE FAIRFAX AUTO REPAIR. I drive a used BMW X3 that I bought off an Acura lot, and have an insurance contract through Acura (3 year, 30k). Anyone in a similar position will most likely already know this, but if you don’t… dealing with auto shops when you have a 3rd party insurance provider can be absolute hell. The shop has to do a lot on the back end to work with the insurance provider, and a lot of places simply don’t care to deal with jumping through the extra hoops. This means either a) you are stuck hounding the insurance company to get them to pay for what they should, or b) you get stuck paying more than you really should, as repair shops tend to follow the least path of resistance. Not the case with Fairfax Auto- twice now I have serviced my BMW there, and they made sure the insurance paid for everything they should, without me having to deal with the insurance company at all. Imagine that! You’re telling me that when I have a serious problem with my car, I can bring it somewhere that will actually FIX IT, do a GREAT job, and deal with the headaches that I normally have to? Sweet! Thanks, Fairfax Auto.
