Awesome response got me back on the road immediately! My vehicle overheated about half a mile from Fairfax Auto Repair. I parked the car and walked back to F.A.R. to seek assistance. A technician grabbed a jug of coolant and drove me back to my vehicle. After a quick inspection, he determined it was safe (cool enough) to open the radiator and add coolant. I then drove the vehicle to F.A.R. where they were ready to pressure test coolant system right away to confirm from where the fluid was leaking. I really appreciated the IMMEDIATE assistance so that I could be back on the road in minimal time. I’ve used F.A.R. for three different vehicles over three years now and continue to believe that they offer great service at a fair price.
