Recently I took my car to have its periodic maintenance at the dealer. I was told that my car had a major rack & pinion problem that required a costly repair. I decided to get a second opinion. I found Fairfax Auto Repair on Angies List and I made an appointment. After the owner checked the car for the major problem, he took the time to show me the underside of my car and explain that the major problem of a rack & pinion leak was not a problem. My experience at Fairfax Auto Repair gained my trust and business. Everyone was professional and attentive. I would recommend this business to others.

Fairfax auto gave attention to detail from the first phone call until they completed the service... when I entered my car to drive home, they had kindly left me a Fairfax Auto water bottle in my cup holder. Dulce, their receptionist, was attentive to the different questions we had and kept us informed of the progress. Luis was great at discussing the work we needed now and what we could wait on, he is really knowledgeable about all the different cars! They all are a great team with excellent customer service and most importantly, the service on our cars has been great.
