I've been remiss in giving these guys a review - I keep thinking I'll have more time! But the benefit to you is I can now offer thoughts based on 6 months of servicing by them. They've done a great job with my 2005 Boxster S. The car is far from zero maintenance and not all problems are simple to figure out. I'm confident that F'fax Auto has given me good advice and done quality work on multiple occasions, and has repeatedly demonstrated a willingness to recommend that no work be done when they thought that was the correct call. Shop manager - Otto - is awesome: Communicative, friendly and generous with his time to make sure he understands the issues. Responsive with quotes and making special arrangements. He is also a fellow car enthusiast, which is fun, and at this point I actually consider him a friend. What more could you hope for in a repair shop for your somewhat high maintenance sports car!

They were able to solve the issues (a perpetually on Engine light and tire pressure light) and return the car in one day. Car now drives like a brand new car. Fees and cost were all discussed upfront prior to any work being started. Very happy with their service.

My experience was terrific with the front desk staff in setting the appointment and communication with the technician throughout the repairs. The price for my vehicle repairs was below most in the area, but I would have expected somewhat lower invoice and discounts. I am confident in the quality of the work.

Above all and not even close, you guys make your business or don't on honesty and not taking advantage of people. I will attest to the fact that each time I have visited, I feel like you guys are not there to sell me something, but put my interests ahead of your own
