We have been bringing our vehicles to FAIRFAX auto repair for years. They never pressure is into unwanted/unneeded repairs. They always give us the total cost upfront and don't play bait and switch. Recently we were on a trip out of town when our vehicle unexpectedly broke down. The alternator burned up. We had just had it replaced at Fairfax auto repair in January. Just a faulty part. However, Rebeccah called us personally and did all she could to help us get home. She found a repair shop in Williamsburg, arranged for us to get the vehicle there and had the part replaced. Because it was a warrantied part we did not have to do anything or pay anything. I don't know of a dealership that would do that let alone a private shop. Fairfax Auto Repair goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. They are AMAZING!!

My daughter just received a "hand me down" vehicle from her sister with approximately 280,000 miles. It was once owned by me, my wife and other daughter. It needed work and I live in North Carolina and needed to find a reputable shop to make repairs. Angie's List had great reviews for Fairfax Auto Repair so I made an appointment with Sonja. My wife and I travelled to Arlington to visit my daughter and her family and I drove the vehicle to Fairfax Auto Repair. Sonja was great! I got the list of suggested repairs needed and although I didn't need to have all of them done, I decided to go ahead and put this vehicle in the best shape possible. After experiencing the traffic from Arlington to Fairfax and back again, I told Sonja "you don't have to live like this!!!" There are better places to live with much less stress. Folks, it was all good!!

Great fast service. Very pleasant office staff while providing an honorable feeling in otherwise unknown environment. Both times they haven't given me the feeling that they are trying to find things to fix. What a great place. Highly recommend.
