This visit was to diagnose and repair a problem with the air conditioning on my daughter's car. FAR had repaired the AC several weeks ago but it stopped working. Turns out that an electrical connector wasn't quite crimped down enough. FAR allowed us to get the car into their shop the same day, diagnosed and fixed the problem, did not charge us for the repair, AND did it all with their usual good cheer and helpfulness.
