Excellent and reliable service that you can trust. The shop charges reasonable rates and will do a comprehensive inspection of your vehicle to discover any problems. They are very experienced with Audi vehicles. I went to this shop after a bad experience with another local repair station and will bring all my vehicles back here in the future. We suffered for years dealing with the BMW service center. Once we switched to Fairfax the problems got solved while spending less than what the dealer had quoted. Way less. It is also great to deal with people that care about the quality of their work.

Had a pretty simple repair (high-voltage headlight went out). Staff were professional and explained everything well over the phone before I came in and then once they had a chance to look things over.
