Difficult to diagnose repair was misdiagnosed but owner insisted there would be no charge for their time. After having to fend off other shops that try to sell repairs that are not really needed, it is refreshing to find a shop with integrity. I trust this shop and will continue to give them my business.

I was pleased with the prompt service. However, many new cars today need more than the allotted 5 quarts of oil. The additional charges for the extra oil (1.4 quarts) was almost as much as the charge for the oil service.I would like to recommend that you consider offering a reduced oil cost when cars being service there need more than the coupon allotted 5 quarts.Thanks

From first contact to payment and pickup ... great service. Had my 15K service completed at a fraction of the dealers cost. Dealer cost was well over $100 more to do the exact same service. Plus, I asked them to look at my brake fluid in accordance with the service manual and to change as necessary. This was an easy opportunity to just change the brake fluid and charge me extra. Instead they did a moisture test and reported back that my fluid did not require changing. Will definitely go back.

I required two visits before my problem was completely solved; however I was warned initially that additional components might require replacement after a test drive. I guess I have an appreciation for the conservative approach whereby I could avoid the cost of replacing all compondents (shotgun approach) in the system without justification. As it turns out, I had to replace all of the system components anyway but I had the satisfaction of knowing that they were truly required Did I mention that the people were very friendly?. I am a satisfied customer.
