Rebekah(sp?) and the evoke team of FFX Auto have such great customer service. It's certainly unlike any other service establishment. The technicians say hi! Other customers say hi to each other! It's really a family environment. I'm very happy with my 3-mo oil changes here.

I went to Fairfax Auto Repair for the first time and I would say it was a pleasant experience. The person who greeted me was very helpful and explained things in a way that I could understand. I felt they were being honest about the issue and didn't try to automatically charge me through the nose for things that may not even be the issue. I was provided a quote in the event that I did need the work. Honesty is very important, especially when you aren't a subject matter expert and can't tell the difference between the truth and a lie. The quote was a plus and helpful in the event I would need to budget such repairs.

Small operation, and very efficient. Had a Groupon for two oil changes and it was a very good price, so I was skeptical.The service was very good and my car was out of here less than 45 minutes. They also did a tire rotation which was $20 after asking me. All in all, this is what I would expect from a place like this. They are right across the street from a bunch of stores and places to eat. There is very limited parking, but it wasn't a problem to me as they got to my car almost immediately. Setting your appointment online or over the phone will get your in. Their website scheduling was a breeze, and even emailed me when my appointment was confirmed. It's the small businesses like these that I love going to. I will happily go back to this place.
