Thanks to the personnel at Fairfax Auto Repair! Our experience was a very good one. From the beginning everything was handled in a very timely and professional manner. It is a good feeling to do business with someone you trust is repairing your vehicle properly and charging a fair price. We will definitely use them again.

My second experience with Fairfax Auto Repair was just as good as the first. They did what they had to do in order to get the issues corrected. My pocketbook may hurt, but I'm glad the car is fixed and ready to go.

Good experience, start to finish. Easily made appointment on line. The shop confirmed via email and answered our question about shuttle service---they do not have a shuttle. I then replied and asked if I could drop off our vehicle the night prior. Unfortunately, I did not receive an email answer back---I'm not sure why. I called and asked the same question; they have an after hours key box to drop off your vehicle. They opened promptly at 8 a.m. Took my information. Sent me an email and left a voice mail with the recommended work. Completed the work the same day and called when completed. We paid over the phone and were able to pick the vehicle up after the shop had closed. No more clunking.

I like the place but the sitting area is a little dirty and no wifi available. Please provide wifi to your customers.

I had a Groupon good for two oil changes. I scheduled the first one and dropped my car off in the morning. A tech called me in the afternoon to let me know my service was finished. He also pointed out some issue with my car and sent a detailed report stating which items were more critical than others. My husband does most of the maintenance on my car, and he was appreciative of the detailed quote. If any of the issues are things that my husband cannot tackle, I will not hesitate to bring my car back to Fairfax Auto Repair to do the repairs. They were not pushy like many other service departments I have experienced which is GREATLY appreciated and will result in recommendations! I'm actually looking forward to bringing my car back for the second oil change knowing that the process will be easy.
