I was from out of town and needed help in a strange city. Looked up mechanics online and went over ones that had been reviewed and rated. Found Fairfax Auto Repair and it had 5 star rating, review after review. I was sceptical that all of these high ratings were real. But after they helped me out, removed a broken bolt from the engine block, and got me back on the road for a resonable price. I totally agree with all the other reviewers.

They are most pleasant auto repair place I have ever encountered. I get free oil changes with the dealership I purchased my car from, but I still choose to pay for for oil changed with fairfax auto bc. The experience is so much nicer.

My experience with them was Outstanding as usual. Courteous service, quick turn-around on estimate and repair of vehicle. Prices are excellent, quality of repairs are the best. I will not take my vehicle to any other auto repair shop. I have been a customer for over 5 yrs. and have never had a problem.
